Specific pathways need specific explanations
Immigration questions frequently combine a goal, a current situation, and a location. A broad page listing every program may not help someone understand whether the firm handles their problem. Organize around genuine services such as application review, employer support, or representation, using the firm's approved terminology.
Do not infer that a popular question belongs in your service offering. If the firm does not handle a pathway, the visibility plan should not try to make it appear as a provider for that pathway.
Design for information that changes
Assign a reviewer and a review trigger to pages that mention requirements, dates, or program conditions. Link to the appropriate official authority when providing general background. Remove stale claims rather than adding a new article that leaves the old one accessible and contradictory.
This is an editorial workflow recommendation, not immigration advice. The firm should determine which legal statements it can responsibly publish and in which languages it can serve clients.
Observe service and language fit
Create separate question panels for distinct services and supported languages. Preserve the exact wording, product mode, and date. Check whether the answer misstates the firm's jurisdiction or suggests it provides a service outside scope.
A useful experiment might clarify a consultation page and connect it to a reviewed service description. Measure description accuracy alongside mentions, and do not treat a new mention as proof the edit caused it.
Questions worth asking
Should we translate every page with AI?
Only publish a language version the firm can review and maintain accurately. Translation volume is not a substitute for service capability.
