The same term can hide different clients
A severance question from an employee is not the same as a termination question from an employer. Before building pages, list which audiences the firm represents and any boundaries it needs to communicate. A vague employment-law page can attract inquiries that do not fit.
Compare 'Who can review my severance package in Toronto?' with 'Who helps Toronto employers plan workplace policies?' Both are useful discovery tests only if the corresponding service is genuinely offered.
Make the consultation path understandable
Describe how a consultation is requested, what happens during the first conversation, and which documents the firm may ask a client to provide through an appropriate channel. Do not collect contracts or dismissal details through a public visibility checker.
Explain fees only where the information is verified and maintained. Avoid calculators or promises that imply a person is entitled to a particular amount without legal assessment.
Measure by audience
Label every question as employee, executive, employer, or general education. A single average can hide a strong employer presence and no employee visibility. Compare question groups separately and check whether the engine accurately describes whom the firm helps.
Prioritize the page serving the most important missing audience. Connect the explanation to real lawyer experience and have the firm approve any legal content.
Questions worth asking
Can one page serve both sides?
Sometimes, but the audience distinction must be explicit. Separate pages are useful when the needs, services, and intake pathways are meaningfully different.
